SYNOPSIS

Operation Condor. Bolivia during the General Hugo Banzer dictatorship that lasted from 1971 to 1978. The "cuartito azul," or blue room, is a room in the "Casa de piedra," a detention centre where political prisoners are held. Nina, one of the detained prisoners, has been held captive for the longest, and has therefore experienced and witnessed the most. But Nina and all the other prisoners are victims and witnesses of the reign of terror imposed by Korsyno, a general retired from the Bolivian army.

Strangely, la Casa de piedra is also home to Korsyno's family. There, he lives with his daughter Any and wife Marcela. Marcela, tired of the violence she sees and experiences every day, plans to escape with Any with the help of Korsyno's right-hand man, Captain Carlos Flores, who is also her lover and Any's true father.

40 years later, Nina, one of the few survivors of the Casa de piedra and cuartito azul, decides to finally report the crimes against humanity committed in the detention center, and to denounce the military officers guilty of these crimes.
